什么是Coursera?
Coursera 跟 edX 都是一个开放线上课程 (MOOC) 的平台，有超过 1900 所大学或机构在 Coursera 提供免费或付费的线上课程。学生可以选择免费观看课程，或付 $30-100 参与随堂答题，交作业，及考试，通过了就可以获得结业证书，证明学生有完成这堂课并获得及格的成绩。
Coursera 的课程的含金量有多高？
Coursera 的大学课程比类似Johns Hopkins 的CTY 及Columbia Summer School Program 这种大学的实体暑期课价值还高很多，原因我们之前在另一篇文章“5 种课程，让高中生从众多申请表中脱颖而出的秘诀！” 有分享过，CTY 跟SSP 这种是高中难度的课，价值并不高，程度只有达到五个等级中的第二等级，而Coursera 的课程则是达到第三等级。学生可以复习一下那篇的内容：

七月底之前学生都可以报名参加，可以同时报名多门课程，报名后学生可以有6个月的时间完成这个课程，建议学生在七月底前报名所有感兴趣的课，到年底这段时间可以慢慢的上。
